At Self Rez Coffee Co., we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. While we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations, we understand that issues can arise. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on any coffee products. Other non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, coffee)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal Care items
• Gift Cards
• Sale items

Please contact us with any specific questions regarding your item’s eligibility.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately for the item you’d like instead.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on coffee products, except in the following cases:

• Defective product (e.g. unsealed, or stale)
• Damaged Packaging that compromises product integrity
• Incorrect item
• Non-Delivery

Taste preference is not a valid reason for refund. We recommend trying our sample packs to find your favorite roast before committing to a full-size bag.

To request a refund under the above conditions, contact lemon@selfrezcoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please email us for an update.

1. How fresh is your coffee?

We roast in small batches, and most orders are roasted to order. Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day, excluding weekends.

2. Do you offer sample packs?

Yes! We offer sample packs so you can try different roasts or blends before committing to a full-size bag.

3. Can I return coffee if I don’t like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns based on taste preferences. We recommend starting with a sample pack to find your favorite.

4. Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe to your favorite coffee and have it delivered automatically at your chosen frequency. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

6. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

8. My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at selfrez@selfrezcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

9. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
