At Self Rez Coffee Co., we take immense pride in being a veteran-owned and operated business, founded by a 9-year Army Infantry Veteran who knows the value of dedication, hard work, and community. Our mission is clear: to bring you exceptional coffee that’s as fresh as it is flavorful.

With multiple roasters in-house, we do our best to roast every order on demand—and always in small batches. Depending on the day’s volume, we choose the best setup to maintain quality, consistency, and speed. One thing stays the same: no roasted coffee sits on our shelf for more than a week. Freshness is non-negotiable.

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that benefits both the mind and body with everything from enhancing cognitive function, increasing energy, boosting mood, and increasing motivation. The effects of tyrosine are most noticeable in situations that involve a degree of physical or mental stress. Please note that everyone's body is different and results may vary person to person.

Taking tyrosine as a supplement can help boost cognition in stressful situations. Studies have looked closely at the effects of tyrosine to improve cognitive performance by modulating the body’s response to stress.
